| The beginnings of TRI-STATE Auto Glass are a story that steps from the warmth of Arizona to the frigid north of Alaska. In 2004, Steve Poe was the Northern Arizona Sales Manager for Maverick Glass and Ron Poe was serving the country in the U.S. Air Force in Anchorage, Alaska. |
| Steve and Ron, father and son, partners, joined together in July of 2004 to open the doors to TRI-STATE Auto Glass formally known as Maverick Glass. The Poe family comes from four generations of experience in the residential and automotive glass industry. Steve comes from 25 years of experience in both sales and services. Joined by Cyndi (Ron’s mom, Steve’s wife) and Michael Smart, TRI-STATE has grown to become the best auto glass shop in the TRI-STATE Area. |
| Michael Smart, Operations Manager, has been in the Glass Industry for 15 + years. He holds an NGA (National Glass Association) Master Technician, SAFETECH certification, Windshield Repair Certification and several other nationally recognized certificates. He also competed and placed in the top 10 in the nation at the AGRSS Windshield Replacement Competition. |
| All members of the TRI-STATE Auto Glass family are certified and highly trained in the glass repair and replacement industry. TRI-STATE is proud to have them a part of their family. |
| Currently TRI-STATE Auto Glass is recognized as an AGRSS (Automotive Glass Replacement Safety Standard) shop and is preferred by all major insurance companies. This means that TRI-STATE only provides the safest quality replacement for all of their customers. They will only perform a replacement when it is absolutely necessary for the safety of the customer. The customer’s safety is the most important goal of TRI-STATE. This safety standard provides savings for both the customer and insurance companies |
| TRI-STATE is also a member of the Kingman Area Chamber of Commerce, recently participating in community events, such as the Very Merry Parade of Lights in December of 2005. |
